ADP’s FactForce for PayForce is an e-learning tutorial. ADP’s PayForce Solution is an Internet-based payroll application designed to make payroll processes more efficient for large organizations. It combines payroll processing, human resource employee record keeping, and benefits administration.
IW worked with ADP to build an easily accessible online help application for its PayForce clients. IW designed a tutorial using short audio driven software demonstrations and created a template for ADP subject matter experts to capture the step-by-step slide shows.
Using the slide shows, IW wrote scripts, recorded narration, and developed 145 individual tutorials that can be accessed through a dynamic menu system. In addition, IW produced 35 video clips introducing key topics and learning objectives. The application launches from the tool bar in ADP’s PayForce Solution.
