Hyatt’s Online Training for Catering is a self-paced tutorial design to assist Hyatt employees in using their Catering Services automation tools.
Hyatt challenged IW to create a dynamic and engaging online help application to replace its existing software help application. The interface was designed to function similar to standard help file programs. It offers concise step-by-step training tutorials with an emphasis on the key job objectives. The application launches from within the Hyatt online reservation system.
